You review structure and design before the build, with consolidated feedback at agreed milestones.
Remote collaboration
We work from Sialkot, Pakistan. For projects with businesses in the US, UK, or Canada, we agree call times, written review points, and a communication channel. We do not have local offices in those markets.
Know who to contact and what happens next.
Start with hello@innowinkagency.com. Before booking, we confirm your project contact, how updates and questions will be handled, who controls the website accounts, and what you receive at handover. The written proposal records the scope, price, and milestones.
The agreement also records how to raise a concern and who handles it if your usual contact is unavailable. Do not share passwords or confidential files in an enquiry; account access and any confidentiality requirements are agreed before work begins.
Working hours and scheduled calls
Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm Pakistan Standard Time.
Calls are by appointment. Times outside working hours can be agreed before 2am Pakistan Standard Time, subject to confirmation. We do not offer unscheduled or 24/7 call availability.
We agree update and meeting frequency for each project. Meetings may be weekly or more frequent when the work needs it; there is no single meeting schedule for every project.
