Test the agreed flows, hand over access, and include a defined period for defects in the delivered scope.
Custom software is quoted by scope. Hosting, third-party licences, data migration, and features added after the quote are confirmed separately. A website package does not include custom software.
Questions before you start
Do you build internal tools as well as customer-facing software?
Yes. The quote names who uses the software and which tasks it covers, whether that is an internal team or your customers.
Can you connect it to the tools we already use?
Integrations are included only when they are named in the quote. We confirm access, data, and limits before development starts.
How long does a custom software project take?
Timing depends on the agreed workflows and integrations. Your proposal confirms milestones and what we need from you before each one.
Will we own the software?
The agreed custom work is handed over after final payment, subject to third-party licences and platforms. Ownership and hosting responsibilities are written into the proposal.
