Prices and scope

Prices are in US dollars. Starting website scopes are references, not automatic fixed quotes for every business. We confirm pages, functionality, content responsibilities, account access, exclusions, payment milestones, and timing in writing. Hosting, domains, paid licences, and separately scoped additions are not automatically included.

Enquiries and reviews

Submitting a form does not confirm a booking, project, subscription, or accepted free review. Review requests are screened for fit and availability. For accepted requests, the written review is delivered within 3 business days of acceptance, not submission. It is a bounded review of public pages, not a full SEO, security, or technical audit.

Delivery and support

Project timing depends on the agreed scope, access, content readiness, and feedback. Website ownership, account control, third-party licences, and handover are defined in the project agreement. Thirty-day post-launch defect support is distinct from ongoing maintenance and new work. Care and Growth require site eligibility and agreed service boundaries.

Evidence and outcomes

Case studies should distinguish delivered work from measured commercial results. We do not guarantee rankings, enquiry volumes, orders, or revenue. Client content and third-party materials should not be reused without the relevant permission.
